Kitchen Chemistry – Begins Feb. 14
What’s cooking? Cool science and you! The Kitchen Chemistry Club provides the perfect recipe for fun. Each scientist-chef will learn the secrets of soda-pop; make their own whipped cream; discover the science behind popcorn; and experiment with many other kichen concoctions! Put on your chef’s hat and step into our lab to see what’s cookin’! Class will include a Science Matters’ Cookbook with recipes that you can make at home. Parents – we will be working with food science in this lab including dairy, wheat, and chocolate.
